These journal entries are telling the truth when they say about an art thief in the building. How do I know that? Because I know the original user, and even watched him before he got the DA axe. Plus, I visited the thief's page myself and found some tell tale signs.

1) MayandKirby often adds studio credits to his uploads whenever he uses characters from known animated series and movies. Don't ask me why he did, but that's just how he is, at least on DA. HalleBailey1989, nil.

2) Certain uploads look blurred, and that's because MayandKirby originally made some of his stuff, especially models from the Sonic Hedgehog universe, to be watcher only. But notice that HalleBailey1989 even uploaded those in their blurred states. This just shows how unoriginal she is.

3) MayandKirby also adds long descriptions like what kind of rules to apply to his models (mainly anything related to sex and/or nudity), and how the models should behave if anyone is to borrow them. As for HalleBailey1989, nothing but codes. I don't know if this is her way to avoid any form of copyright, but you get the idea.

In conclusion, although MayandKirby can't return here to speak for himself, he still has his old allies, so he knows what has been going on. For those of you reading this, the best thing you can do is to not associate yourself with HalleBailey1989. No watch, no favorite, no comment. If you want to block and/or report, be my guest. Originality may be failing, but that does not give us the right to be copycats, let alone be thieves.

This alert first came in right after I turned on my PC. I've heard about users who had their masterpieces, like artworks or old flash games and projects, being used to make money in other sites, sometimes without the respective owners' permission. But to think it actually happened to me? Unbelievable!

So I got this notice thanks to DA's Protection system as described above. If this happens after the free protection expires, I wouldn't have even known about it.

To be honest, I couldn't care less if the pics are simply for personal collection, and not for distribution of any kind. Take this site for example.

This is where I sometimes get the ideas for my animated compilations, and in turn, they add pics from DA and other sources for their own collection. It's like I copy yours, and you copy mine.

But now, things just got complicated. I could just ask the owner of this Open Sea account to not make profit out of it, but then, I have to take into account the legal stuff, especially when it comes to the internet, and the possibility of sacrificing my anonymity on DA. Plus, I don't even know that person personally, so I don't think I can take that risk.

Now, to the one who is guilty of this crime:

I don't know if you have an account on DA as well, but let me tell you this, it is not okay to make profit without permission. You should've asked me at least, and maybe I could've just be generous and let them download for free. Why? Because putting a price tag on my works will only make me seem like I'm only after profit, and this will break my reputation. You didn't steal my money, but you did hurt my feelings.

May this be a reminder, regardless of whether you're a DA user or not, both now and until technology is dead. Do not sell what you do not make. Unauthorized distribution is a crime.

A quote that I found in Facebook, which I believe holds true amidst the nonsense I've been seeing, both out in the streets and on the internet. Just to show how much of a jerk that person is, you've unknowingly become that person yourself. And what do you get in return? An endless cycle of retaliation.

"An eye for an eye, makes the whole world blind. A hand for a hand, leaves the whole world maimed."

We are often influenced by what others say and do. Likewise, we sometimes influence others by what we say and do. We can't choose what comes in through our eyes and ears, but we can decide what comes out of our mouths. It is not what comes into a person that makes him unclean, but what comes out.

How do we deal with this, you ask? Simple. Whatever you think that person does, just do the opposite. Doing the same things he/she does will only feed the 'monster' within. Repay good for evil, and turn his/her mentality upside down.

You may say, "They're the ones at fault, so they should apologize." That's true, but I'll say, you apologize first. Why? It's not because you're admitting to any wrongdoing, even though you didn't do any, but rather it's a sign that you're not handling the situation properly. Either your pride and ego got the better of you, or any violation to whatever you stand for makes everything else meaningless. Don't let the guilty party influence you. You influence them. Kill them with kindness.

For instance, even though I don't like nude pics and comments filled with cussing, I can't really make other people stop doing so. The only control that I have are not adding such pics to my favorites, and removing such comments from my gallery. Instead of trying to tame the beast, I'd rather keep others away from it. Man is not born to hatred, but to compassion. If you don't like a pic that is posted, just turn away. Badmouthing won't do you any good.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons/daughters of GOD."

Even those who don't believe in GOD can be peacemakers. Just know that light is needed to remove darkness, for darkness cannot drive itself out. Be a positive person, and the negativity within will be overturned. You can't control other peoples thoughts, but you can control your heart.

Do not feed the 'monster' within, let it starve. The one who gives in is a fool, and fools will destroy themselves eventually.

"The fool says in his heart, there is no GOD."

Besides, the one who wins is not necessarily the one in the right, but the one who doesn't feed the 'monster' within.

As for me, I know I can't end the nonsense through this journal alone, but if I can save someone from it, it's already a win for me.
